Context: Demon Lord Satan is forced to flee his realm of Ente Isla after a devastating defeat and ends up in modern-day Tokyo. Stripped of most of his magic, he must survive by working at a fast-food restaurant named MgRonald's. He is pursued by the hero Emilia, who also gets stranded in Japan. This season covers their comedic adjustment to human life and their battles against assassins sent from their homeworld.
