Anime Original Story
Source is: Anime-Original.
Context: Set shortly after the explosive events of the television series finale, Honnouji Academy is holding its graduation ceremony while the city prepares to sink into the sea. However, a mysterious new threat disrupts the proceedings, forcing Satsuki, Ryuko, and the Elite Four into battle one last time. This special episode serves as an extended epilogue, giving the characters a proper, emotional send-off while delivering one final bout of the show's trademark chaotic action. It provides a more definitive closure to the characters' arcs as they transition into normal, everyday lives.
Continuation: None (Complete Story).
Critical Note: This is a fully canon OVA (often officially listed as Episode 25) that was bundled with the final Blu-ray/DVD volume. It is highly recommended and essential viewing to complete the story, as it ties up lingering character dynamics and acts as the true, final goodbye to the cast.
Status: Finished.
